I’ve been involved with Sickle Cell Care Manchester since its early beginnings in 2015. Over the years, my role has evolved, but has primarily focused on liaising with the NHS, community organisations, educational institutions, and workplaces.

My driving force has always been simple; to empower those living with sickle cell and to educate those who don’t understand it or are unaware.

It’s been incredibly rewarding to see the growing awareness, stronger support networks, and the real difference our work is making in people’s lives.
