
Lynn Leggat
Lynn has a diverse background in business, public sector, and charities. She was born in England and brought up in New Zealand and has gained most of her qualifications as an adult.
Lynn is Chair of Burnage Good Neighbours and owner of Akasha, an upcycling and training company.
She has worked with many charities and community groups across Manchester, writing funding applications and helping them with strategic planning and business development.
Lynn is a mediation practitioner and a firm believer in life-long learning. She has trained over 1000 people in Manchester in employment skills, digital skills, business start-up, money management and, more recently, upcycling techniques.
